Giving thanks for the gift of CYF
At last week’s congregational meeting, the Disciples of First Christian Church were asked to list the three ministries that were most personally meaningful. One answer that appeared on nearly everyone’s list was the Christian Youth Fellowship.
Lily Santoro-Williams serves as CYF leader with the support of our Christian Education director, Candice Garner, and a crew of enthusiastic adult volunteers. The youth ministry of our congregation provides opportunities for service, learning, and fellowship to middle and high school students.
Today I give thanks for this group of talented and faithful students as they seek to serve our congregation, support each other, and grow in the love of Jesus Christ.
